Position Overview
Seattle Premier Health is a premier concierge medicine practice dedicated to providing personalized, high-touch primary care. We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our physicians—offering clinical insight, autonomy in treatment planning, and top-tier direct patient care. This position balances direct clinical care (~25%) with high-touch triage, care coordination, and phone support (~75%), serving as a primary point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Clinical Support: Perform patient intake, vital signs, ECGs, diagnostic swabs, INR checks, blood draws, lab collections, wound care, and medication administration. Assist physicians with exams and minor procedures.
- Triage & Care Coordination: Manage patient inquiries via phone and portal (e.g., Epic MyChart). Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, imaging, and lab results (LabCorp).
- Physician Collaboration: Work closely with physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans; contribute recommendations in a collaborative environment.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on chronic disease management, treatments, medications, and preventative health strategies.
- Team & Clinic Support: Assist with administrative or clinic support tasks (rooming, phone coverage, reception support) as needed to maintain smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of RN experience, ideally within an outpatient primary care or clinic setting (clinic experience preferred over ER/critical care background).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Epic EHR systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities (prior authorizations, pharmacy issues), and a dedication to high-touch, relationship-focused patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $45.67 – $64.90 per hour (commensurate with experience)
