Job Summary:
The Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Temple, Texas. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting, utilizing the nursing professional practice model to coordinate patient care delivery by the healthcare team. The RN will assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and promote safe and effective patient transitions through the healthcare encounter.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour evening shifts (including rotating weekends), 36 hours per week starting from 09/07/2026.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Texas licensure, 0+ years of experience.
• Specialty: Medical Surgical Floor (MS).
• Additional Information: Experience with telemetry, transplant, post-operative surgical, or urology patients is preferred. Experience in intensive care units (IMCU) and telemetry is a plus but not required. The patient ratio is typically 4:1 or 5:1.
• Work Location: 2401 S 31st Street, Temple, TX 76508.
• Shift: 12-hour evening shift, 3 days per week, with rotating weekends.
• Interview Type: One round of virtual interview.
• Certification/Degree Requirements: RN license, BSN.
