Noor Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Day shift nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4-5, Night shift ratio: 1:5-6
• Every other weekend requirement
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Day/night rotation will not occur more than weekly
• Float to medical and telemetry units as needed
• Required certification: BLS
• BSN degree not required
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Use EPIC charting system
• Bedside shift report required
• Care for patients with total joint replacement, spinal surgery, urology procedures, abdominal surgery, bariatrics, and medical overflow
• Manage hemovacs, JP drains, and colostomies
• Handle occasional heparin drips, PCA pumps, and TPN
• Work with remote telemetry packs with monitor tech support
• Surgical experience and post-operative care preferred
• First-time travelers welcome
• Profile review and manager interview required
