Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Start Date: 08/31/2026
Required Qualifications: Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), 2+ years of registered nurse (RN) experience, 1+ year in long-term care (LTC), associate degree or certificate, COVID vaccine (exemptions considered)
Preferred Qualifications: Charting experience with Matrix system, strong work ethic, resilience, adaptability to change, ability to manage independently, and complete tasks timely
Shift Requirements: 8/12-hour shifts, holiday rotation as needed
Float Requirements: Will be required to float between two facilities (25 miles apart)
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: As needed
Unit Information: Long-term care unit with 43 beds, equipped for comprehensive geriatric care, with night shifts primarily staffed by one nurse and two CNAs, and day/evening shifts involving a charge nurse and additional nursing staff
Additional Information: Candidate must initiate medical compliance within 48 hours of offer acceptance; orientation week is not guaranteed. Travel is guaranteed to set hours except during holidays when the unit is closed.
