Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing (RN-MS)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• BLS certification required; additional certifications are an asset
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a med-surg unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures in line with best practices
• Document care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record system
• Collaborate with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
• Monitor patient progress and respond rapidly to changes in condition
• Adhere to facility policies and regulatory requirements

$2,025 - $2,203/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
