Job Summary:
The healthcare professional position is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves working on a medical surgical floor with a focus on adult patient care. The position responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care within a fast-paced environment, adhering to established protocols and procedures, and providing support to patients across various medical populations.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, minimum 2 years of registered nurse (RN) experience in medical surgical, telemetry, or progressive care unit (PCU), EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) charting experience, at least 1 year of travel nursing experience, and 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or equivalent within the last 5 years. Experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult medicine, surgery, cardiac, or neurology units and experience floating to other equivalent units as needed.
- Additional Information: The RN will be assigned to the vacancy best suited to their experience and will work every other weekend. The unit typically maintains ratios of 1:5-6 and may involve float assignments to comparable units as operational needs dictate.
