## Travel RN – Medical Surgical Nurse

**Location:** Oregon
️ **Contract:** 13 Weeks
☀️ **Shift:** Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Rotating Weekends

### Requirements

* Active Oregon RN License (Required at Submission)
* BLS Certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
* NIHSS Certification
* Minimum 3 Year of Med-Surg Experience
* Holiday Coverage Required
* EPIC Experience Preferred

### Responsibilities

* Provide care for acutely ill adult medical-surgical patients
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
* Care for both medical and post-surgical patients
* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate patient documentation and care coordination
