Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Iron River, Michigan.
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2340
$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

Job Details:
• 13-week contract with a start date of 10/19
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to ED within competency required
• May be low censused and placed on call; call back minimum is 2 hours
• Provide general nursing care for primarily geriatric patients with conditions such as CHF, COPD, and diabetes
• Work on a 25-bed Med/Surg unit with patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights
• Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg experience required
• ED experience preferred but not required; ICU experience not required
• Candidates with both Med/Surg and ED experience are highly preferred
• Strong charting experience with Epic EMR, CareScape patient monitors, and Pyxis required
• Current Michigan RN license and AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred but not required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Any colored scrubs permitted

This facility operates a 25-bed Med/Surg unit providing comprehensive inpatient care with a focus on geriatric patients. The organization offers a collaborative environment where nurses may have the opportunity to work across multiple departments, including the emergency department. The facility utilizes modern healthcare technology including Epic EMR, CareScape patient monitors, and Pyxis systems to support high-quality patient care.
