Job Details

• Position: Home Health Registered Nurse / Homecare RN
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing

• Weekend Rotation: Approximately 2 to 3 weekend days per month
• Call: No call required
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120-$2,230

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maine
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of home health care experience required
• Experience performing OASIS visits in a home health setting
• Ability to work independently and manage a home-based patient caseload
• Strong communication, assessment, clinical documentation, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home health setting
• Complete OASIS visits and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Assess patient condition, develop care plans, and support continuity of care
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care instructions and home health best practices
• Participate in weekend rotation as scheduled
