Floating required between the 2 med surg units
2+ year experience required
BLS required
- Blocked scheduling requests will be considered but may not be guaranteed
- Scope of role: Med Surg 5th floor, ortho, surgical, stroke, Med surg/Tele 6th floor, cardiac, respiratory, dialysis, hospice
- 36 beds
- Patient ratios: 1:5-7 (depends on acuity)
- RTO max: 36 hours unless otherwise discussed
- RTO Blackout dates: may have to work Easter or Mothers day or Memorial day
- Scrub color = Royal Blue
- EMR = Cerner
