Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the RMH Med/Surg unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring patient safety. You will perform initial assessments, develop and implement care plans, and modify them based on continuous evaluation. The role involves administering medications, assisting with procedures, and responding to emergencies. Effective communication, critical thinking, and collaboration with the healthcare team are essential to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum one (1) year of relevant nursing experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
• Illinois state RN License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)
