Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult inpatients.
Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care following the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice.
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure continuity of care.
Provide patient and family education.
Float to other inpatient units as needed based on staffing and census.
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Current Wisconsin RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License (NLC).
AHA BLS certification.
Clinical competency in inpatient nursing and management of adult patient populations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
