Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
• Perform venipuncture and assist in diagnostic and interventional heart catheterization.
• Participate in charge duties as required and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage patient care modalities and adhere to unit-specific procedures and protocols.
• Engage in on-call duties, including weeknight and weekend call as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a cardiac specialty.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
• Experience in Electrophysiology (EP) and Structural procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior travel experience is required.

Work Environment:

• Work in a Level I trauma center with a focus on cardiac care.
• Three cardiac catheterization rooms running simultaneously, with an average of 5-6 procedures per day.
• Support from respiratory and anesthesia teams available 24/7.
• Dress code includes surgical scrubs provided by the facility.
