Profile will go through our Clinical Interview Services.
Looking for someone who has clinic experience in primary care with pediatric vaccine experience. Profile will go through to our Clinical IVS team. Family Practice Newborn - Geriatric Submission Requirements: Up to date resume that includes 2-3 clinic experience in primary care. 2 recent Manager/Supervisor references in matching specialty. Skills Checklist matching specialty. Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics. NURSYS verification report pulled within the last week showing ACTIVE MA RN license; must show ALL licenses (past or present). AHA BLS is required. Flu vaccine required during season. RTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation. EMR Experience Required: EPICÂ
