Clinical Nursing Supervisor Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of registered nursing leadership or nursing supervisor experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and nursing team leadership skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts and provide on-site administrative support after hours

Clinical Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-wide clinical leadership and oversight during assigned shifts
• Serve as an on-site administrative resource during after-hours operations
• Guide and support nursing staff in delivering safe, high-quality patient care
• Promote clinical competence, professional accountability, and excellence in nursing practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to address patient care and operational needs
• Support patients and families across the continuum of care
• Respond effectively to clinical, staffing, and administrative concerns
