Schedule: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Requirements:
Active Wisconsin RN License (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification required
Education verification required
Experienced RN preferred with strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
Ability to float between multiple inpatient units and adapt to varying patient populations
Essential Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in delivering patient care
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and state practice standards
Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans according to physician orders and facility protocols
Provide patient and family education and instruction as appropriate
Document care according to established standards and best practices
Exercise critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating concerns through appropriate chain of command
Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support patients' longitudinal care plans
