Enhance the patient experience through effective pain management strategies.
Conduct proactive rounding to ensure patient needs are met.
Perform bedside hand-offs to maintain continuity of care.
Work on a 24-bed unit with surveillance and telemetry monitoring using advanced technology.
Care for orthopedic, non-acute stroke, and trauma patients.
Provide age-friendly care in a designated patient-friendly environment.
