**Job Description:**
- **Location:** 1099 Medical Center Circle, Mayfield, KY 42066-1099
- **Unit:** Med/Surg - 3rd & 4th Floors
- **Schedule:** 7 PM - 7:30 AM, Weekly Orientation on Mondays
- **Openings:** 1 Registered Nurse position available
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Requirements:** Every Other Weekend/As Needed
- **Call Requirements:** As Needed
- **Patient Ratios:** Up to 1:6 (with PCA assistance)
- **EHR System:** MediTech
- **Required Certifications:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- CPI/HWC/MAB
- **Years of Experience Required:** 1+
- **Float Requirements:** Potential to float to like units
- **Patient Population:** Serves all ages, including geriatrics, adults, and pediatrics
- **Common Diagnoses/Treatments:** COPD, post-operative joints, diabetic care
- **Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color: Any
- Note: No branded attire from other facilities
- **Supervisor:** Judy Harrison, Med Surg Director
