**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Pulaski, TN
- **Shift:** 7PM - 7:30AM
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36

**Position Highlights:**
- **Role:** RN/LPN in a Medical/Surgical unit
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:5
- **Call Requirements:** Yes, based on census; possible float to other units.
- **Required Certifications:**
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- **Experience:** 1-2+ years Med/Surg experience preferred.
**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 19
- **Patient Equipment:** Welch Allyn vital machines, masimno, careview, telemetry, sara stedy, ARJO lift.
- **EHR System:** Medhost - Clinical Experience.
- **Supervisors:** Shanna Hill, MS/ICU Director, Jessica Barrow CNC MS/ICU.
**Additional Notes:**
- Rotate every other weekend; possibility of additional weekends based on needs.
- Float to medical detox, ICU, OB, or ER as needed (with task assignments for OB and ER).
- Required education: Certification/Licensure to practice as an RN or LPN/LVN in TN.
