Job Summary: Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Telemetry) nurse is needed for an assignment starting on 09/20/2026 in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing care to adult patients with various medical conditions, including telemetry monitoring, in a fast-paced hospital environment. The position requires a dedicated professional committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Details:
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid RN Illinois license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; Epic experience; 2+ years of clinical experience in nursing, including experience with Epic charting and travel assignments; no experience minimum for new graduates.
Preferred Qualifications: Specialization in neuro telemetry, care for patients with cerebrovascular accidents (CVA) or transient ischemic attack (TIA), post-op recovery from procedures such as whipples, esophagectomies, colon resections, and vascular surgery including peripheral angiograms and peripheral artery disease (PAD) with wounds, and limb amputations.
Additional Information: This assignment is scheduled to start on 09/20/2026 and end on 11/15/2026, lasting approximately 8 weeks.
Float: Float to other medical-surgical units may be required.
