You will work on a 32-bed unit, managing a patient ratio of 1:5. Your clinical skills will be essential in caring for trauma patients and administering acute medications as ordered, including heparin drips. Familiarity with specialty equipment such as gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment is preferred. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation experience, or prior NICHE training is a plus.
