Job Summary Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS-TELE) Nurse position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing patient care in a 45-bed unit with a patient ratio of 6:1 during night shifts. The nurse will be responsible for delivering quality care in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to facility protocols and standards.
Job Details
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (can be obtained at facility)
Education Requirements: Valid nursing license
Location Requirements: Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility
Years of Experience: 1 year minimum
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week

Scrubs: Dark Navy Blue
EMR System: MEDHOST
Float: Float rotation may be required
Patient Care: Medical Surgical with Telemetry, wound care experience preferred
