Job Summary Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Tele) Nurse in the healthcare facility. This position involves floating across various units with the potential for charge responsibilities on small units, supporting a diverse patient population. The role requires flexibility to meet the needs of the institution, including working night shifts on a 3x12 schedule.
Job Details
Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid State License with at least 1 year of US healthcare experience required; certifications in ACLS*, BLS, NIHSS* needed. Skills include cardiac telemetry, interpretation of dysrhythmias, PPE, and management of dysrhythmias.
Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
Additional Responsibilities: May include some charge nurse duties on small units, managing staffing needs, bed flow, and coordination.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must respond to whether they have prior experience at a healthcare facility in a similar role, providing location and dates worked. Two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are required.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Experience Requirement: 0 years minimum.
