  • 32-Bed MedSurg/Telemetry Unit
  • Average Daily Census: 32 Patients
  • Minimum Experience Required: 18 Months MedSurg/Telemetry Experience
  • First-Time Travelers Accepted

  • Stroke
  • Influenza
  • Pneumonia
  • COVID-19
  • Renal Failure
  • Peritoneal Dialysis
  • Wound Care Patients
  • General Medical and Telemetry Patients

  • Typical Ratio: 1:5–1:6

  • Additional Patient Support Functions

Floating Requirements

Required Floating

Travelers must be willing to float within Region 3 based on staffing needs and scope of practice.

Potential float assignments may include:

  • Cleveland
  • Kings Mountain
  • Lincoln
  • Central Division Facilities

Mid-Shift Floating

  • Traveler remains on the clock
  • Paid travel time between facilities

Candidates unwilling to float within Region 3 should not be submitted.

  • Night Shift: May be called back until 3:00 AM

  • Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays

Time-Off Requests

  • Up to 6 days may be approved
  • Holidays excluded from approved RTO
  • Contract may need to be extended if contracted hours are not met
