Must have previous charge experience. Travel experience required. Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg/Telemetry specialty. The nurse will work night shifts. The role involves direct patient care for adults and geriatric patients. Staffing ratios are 1:6 during nights. The unit focuses on high-acuity med-surg patients. Patient diagnoses include stroke, TIA, seizure, syncope, pneumonia, and others. Special procedures include peritoneal dialysis and continuous bladder irrigation. The nurse is expected to float to other units based on need and skill set. Experience with specific medical equipment and procedures is required. This role emphasizes a high standard of patient experience. The position requires compliance with all organizational policies. Travelers must meet the organization’s compliance standards. Pre-assignment testing and modules will be required.
