Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $1,864 per week in Conway, SC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: Contract position Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of MS/Tele experience required, Float pool experience preferred License: Active Nursing License required Certifications: BCLS, ACLS required Must-Have: - Telemetry on the unit monitoring required - RN expected to have primary IV skills - Previous charge experience preferred - Candidates must not be first-time travelers for Float Description: One night shift needed urgently. MS/Tele Float will move between various Medical/Surgical/Telemetry units as needed. Patient/nurse ratio is 1:6, with potential flexing up to 1:7 when necessary. Every other weekend availability is required. Self-scheduling and blocked scheduling options are acceptable. No time off for holidays is preferred; however, one holiday may be considered. Experience with Cerner EMR is required. Locals are accepted without any rate difference. The patient age group includes adults. Skills in accessing/managing ports, central line care, cardiac telemetry, and other critical care management are important. Other responsibilities include administering blood products, managing dysrhythmias, and performing procedural sedation monitoring. The role requires familiarity with various patient diagnoses associated with medical, surgical, and cardiac care. Interdisciplinary support teams will be available, including respiratory services, pharmacy, and social services. Candidates will float within the hospital as needed.
