• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts; 3x12 or 4x12 nights, weekdays with every other weekend
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,680 - $1,770
• Start Date: 10/15/2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Charting System: Cerner
• Unit Type: Cardiovascular Medical Telemetry / Med-Surg Telemetry
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Floating: May float to similar telemetry units within scope

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active WV RN license or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted for submission
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience required
• Recent cardiac telemetry or medical telemetry experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required through AHA
• Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and management preferred
• Experience with heparin protocols, Cardizem, and Amiodarone preferred
• Weekend coverage required, including every other weekend
• Must provide required references and documentation at time of submission

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and therapies in accordance with telemetry and med-surg nursing standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in a full telemetry environment with centralized monitoring support
• Provide care to pulmonary, cardiac, and medicine patients while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Support team nursing practices and contribute to a positive, efficient unit environment
