Description:
Current and valid driver's license or state issued ID required.
Utility bill in the traveler's name with matching address within the last three months of the projected start date is mandatory.
Address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility.
No more than 5 days of Requested Time Off (RTO) will be accepted.
Two supervisory references must be provided.
All candidates must be willing to float to other areas as needed.
No license hits will be accepted.
Travelers must have a minimum of 1 year separation from previous employment to be eligible for submission.
Gaps in work history of 3 months or more must be explained.
Candidates must meet all certification requirements.
Compliance with all policies and procedures is required.
