Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 12 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Med/Surg Telemetry Experience License: Current and valid State issued ID required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Valid Driver's License - Utility bill in the Traveler's name with matching address within the last three months - Ability to float to meet facility needs Description: We are looking for a Registered Nurse with Med/Surg Telemetry experience. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required for applicants. Nurses will be expected to float to other areas as needed. Patient ratios during the day shift are 1:4, and 1:6 at night. Charting will be done using a designated electronic system. The role involves caring for adult and geriatric patients. Candidates should be prepared to manage a variety of patient diagnoses, including neuro and bariatric surgery. Comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams is essential.
