Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $1,894 per week in Enid, OK

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years required License: Current and valid state issued license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Ability to float to meet facility needs Description: Current and valid driver's license or state issued ID is required. A utility bill in the candidate's name with matching address within the last three months is needed. Address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility. Candidates must be open to rotating weekends and floating to IMCU. Charge experience is preferred but not required. The patient ratio is 6:1 during night shifts. First-time travelers are accepted. All candidates must be willing to float to other areas if necessary. No more than 5 days of RTO are accepted for every 13 weeks of work. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year separation from previous employment to be eligible for submission. All submissions must include two supervisory references. Module completion during orientation is expected and may vary by specialty. Candidates with any gaps in their profile of three months or more must provide an explanation in their work history. Absolutely no license hits are permitted for submission. Submission is limited to one per traveler to all facilities. Travel pairs are not accepted. No block scheduling requests. Medical and religious exemptions for vaccinations may be considered. All candidates must be prepared to adhere to all floating and travel requirements as needed.
