The facility has a patient population primarily consisting of adults and geriatrics.
The unit typically has 15 beds with a patient ratio of 5:1.
Required equipment includes GE EHR: Medhost.
The supervisor is the Director of Inpatient Services.
Candidates should be prepared to assist in other units as needed, although this rarely happens.
A great attitude and ability to work in a team environment with limited resources are essential.
Candidates should have experience in a stepdown unit and be able to read and interpret telemetry strips.
