Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing patient care primarily on the 4 South Cardiac unit, with occasional float to various Med-Surg units, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and Emergency Department/Med-Surg boarders. The position requires a minimum of three years of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience.

• Additional Information:
  • The start date is November 16, 2026, with an end date of February 15, 2027
  • No call requirements
  • The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract
  • All requested time off must be disclosed at submission
  • Candidates will be tested for Telemetry competency and Epic proficiency on day one; failure may result in termination
  • The position is identified as normal urgency
  • The agencys contract must mirror the confirmation page for start/end dates and requested time off
