Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
