Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $1,916 per week in Pomona, CA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of experience required License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Experience with stroke patients Telemetry management experience Ability to float between MS and Tele units Description: RTO must be submitted prior to being offered. Up to 5 days of RTO and 1 holiday approved off. First-timers accepted. Weekend work required. No on-call required. Will float based on facility needs. Flexibility is required due to varying patient ratios and diagnoses. Daily census and patient ratios may vary. Interdisciplinary support is provided by various teams including physical therapy and social services. Candidates must comply with a strict dress code. Facial hair, acrylic nails, unnatural hair colors, and visible tattoos are not permitted. Only non-hoop earrings are allowed, and they should not extend beyond the earlobe. Candidates must demonstrate competency in the management of dysrhythmias and telemetry. Experience in ICU/ED and ventilator management is preferred. Travelers will be flexible and experienced.
