Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with patient care involving telemetry monitoring. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Neuro Tele. The nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with neurological and telemetric needs. Float between units may be required. Weekends will be a part of the scheduled shifts, with a requirement of 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks. The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4, ensuring adequate attention to each patient. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapy and respiratory services, is essential. Experience handling a variety of neurological conditions, including stroke and seizure disorders, is preferred. The position involves monitoring patients using telemetry systems and responding to rapid changes in patient conditions. Utilizing strong communication skills with patients and their families is critical for achieving positive health outcomes.
