Registered Nurse (RN) - LTAC MS Tele

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our LTAC MS Tele unit. This is a night shift position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care setting.

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Nights: 4x12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
  • Weekends supported by a rotating on-call schedule among staff members

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in an LTAC setting
  • Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing is required
  • Prior experience in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting is preferred
  • Experience in neuro care is essential
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are required

Contract Details

  • Options for 13 to 26 week contracts available
