Description:

Must be willing to float within medical/surgical/telemetry units.
COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
Flu vaccine is required; medical and religious exemptions allowed.
Hard deadline for documentation submission is Tuesday at 4:30 PM CST prior to start.
Pending documentation must be communicated to the facility contact if not compliant by the due date.
