Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $1,979 per week in Greensboro, NC

Description: This position involves working three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You will be required to work every third weekend and holidays as needed. Floating may be required between different facilities if necessary. The patient nurse ratio is typically 1:6, with some shifts requiring care for 7 patients of equal acuity. Candidates should have experience with neurological diagnoses such as CVA, TBI, ABI, and spinal cord injuries. Daily responsibilities include dressing changes, setting up aseptic/sterile procedure trays, phlebotomy, and patient assessments. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to conduct telephone triage and manage pharmacy calls or patient refill requests. This role is focused on providing specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs following surgeries, strokes, or brain and spinal injuries. Interdisciplinary support is available, including respiratory services and social services. You will be required to pass a compliance EKG exam. All applicants must submit third-party education verification. No open background cases are permitted. Floating to any facility may be necessary based on patient care needs.
