Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg/Telemetry to join our team.
The position involves managing a wide variety of medical and surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring.
Patient ratios are 1:7.
The nurse will be responsible for administering blood products, managing central lines, and providing wound care.
Candidates must have experience in managing high fall risk patients and administering frequent IV antibiotics.
The role requires competency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and performing patient assessments.
Successful candidates must also be skilled in non-invasive airway management and oxygen administration.
Team collaboration with interdisciplinary support services such as physical therapy and respiratory services is essential.
It is imperative that candidates have a clear record with no prior license or background issues.
Additionally, candidates must comply with fit testing requirements and successfully pass EKG testing prior to beginning employment.
