Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,002 per week in Greenwood, SC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Must be licensed to practice in South Carolina Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Experience in MS/Tele nursing - Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias - Familiarity with Rapid Response and Code teams - Skills in peripheral line care and management - Experience with oxygen administration and non-invasive airway management Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in MS/Tele. This position involves working 3 shifts of 12 hours each on nights. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are required for this role. Weekend shifts are mandatory every other weekend. First-time travelers are accepted. Candidates should be knowledgeable in the EPIC charting system. The nursing role includes caring for patients with a variety of diagnoses. Floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals may be required. Medical and religious exemptions for vaccinations are allowed. Applicants must have experience with a patient ratio of 4/5. We look for candidates who can work holidays when necessary. All references must be supervisory in nature.
