Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,039 per week in Laveen, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Clinician must take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract. Description: Travelers may float to a sister facility if needed. All travelers are required to have a valid driver’s license at the time of submission. Candidates must complete a prescreen and manager review. A pass/fail Sim Lab assessment is required on the first day of orientation. Study guides will be provided with the first day instructions. The unit consists of 16 beds with an average of cases per day. Patients typically include medical/surgical and post-surgical cases. Weekend work is required as part of the rotation with core staff. Holiday work is also required. Navy blue scrubs are required while on duty. Telemetry monitoring is available. The facility supports pharmacy services 24/7. Mandatory floating to similar facilities may occur if needed. Floor-specific orientation is set for two days. The hospital retains the right to cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week assignment. The charting system used is Cerner. A BSN is not required for this position. The care setting is acute. There is a requirement for weekend and holiday coverage.
