Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,047 per week in Newberg, OR

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Valid Compact license must be in hand at submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Previous experience with Epic charting system is required - Must have experience in MS/Tele nursing - Ability to float to other units as needed Description: The position involves providing nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. The nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Patient ratios are typically 1:4. The nurse will be expected to float between units based on patient needs. Weekends are required on an every other basis. On-call duties may also be part of the responsibilities. Flexibility is essential to meet the changing needs of the unit. The facility operates as a short-term acute care center and has a level IV trauma designation. Candidates should be prepared to handle various patient conditions, including but not limited to cardiac telemetry. A commitment to working during designated holidays is expected.
