Job Summary Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nursing position in an acute care facility located in the area. This role involves providing specialized patient care for individuals with various medical and surgical diagnoses, including cardiac conditions, COPD, renal issues, and post-operative recovery. The position offers an opportunity for experienced registered nurses to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on telemetry monitoring and patient management.
Job Details
Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS; Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital acute care experience in the specialty; Course or certification requirements as specified.
Location Requirements: Must have current license and be able to work at the specified acute care facility.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent hospital acute care nursing experience; telemetry experience required.
Schedule: 3x12 hour days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; shifts from 0630-1900 or 1830-0700, with a minimum of 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period; includes holiday work at the discretion of management.
Additional Information: Must have EPIC electronic medical record experience within the last year; must have worked on an inpatient acute care unit with telemetry monitoring, including titration of drips such as Heparin, Amiodarone, or Cardizem.
Submission Requirements: Valid license, SSN, and date of birth; one supervisor reference from the most recent or current assignment; prior experience on the specified unit is preferred.
