Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Telemetry Certification, minimum of 2 years experience working in a single location and 2 years as a traveler nurse, experience with cardiac drips and interpreting telemetry strips preferred

- Float: Travelers may be required to float to applicable units as needed
- Additional Information: The location features a 37-bed telemetry unit caring for patients with diagnoses such as CHF, Atrial Fibrillation, Pulmonary Embolism, and Pneumonia. Care includes managing patients on medications like Cardizem, Nitroglycerin, Lasix, and Heparin, as well as post-cardiac catheterization and pacemaker patients. The unit operates with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 on day and evening shifts and 1:5-6 on night shift. Electronic medical records are maintained in EPIC.
