Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: Candidates must have recent experience in the specialty applied for. References from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty are required. Description: Position requires a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. The shift involves working three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Experience must include a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry work. Candidates must hold a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license valid for the start date. BLS and ACLS certifications must be active and valid. References from management level in the specialty are necessary for submission. Selected candidates will undergo an ECG rhythm recognition test during the orientation process. Candidates may be required to complete a safeMedicate assessment during orientation. Travelers can extend for an additional term based on client considerations. Exemptions from nicotine-free facility requirements apply temporarily to certain positions. Background checks will be conducted, and an open case may disqualify a candidate. Compliance with annual drug screening requirements is mandatory. All references provided must be recent and work-related, not from co-workers.
