Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,074 per week in Canton, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience License: Must hold a permanent Ohio license or compact license Certifications: BLS and ACLS, NIH certification required prior to start Must-Have: Epic experience; one recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for Description: All requirements listed in the job description and submittal requirements are non-negotiable. This position requires night shift work consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for, preferably within one location. Active, in-hand certifications are required at the time of submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months and cannot be from co-workers. An ECG rhythm recognition test and a safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation, with an acceptable score required for both. Travelers must work at least every other holiday. Candidates with any background checks of any kind will be reviewed. Candidates are required to be nicotine-free, and a negative 10-panel drug screen is required within 12 months of start, updated annually. Permanent candidates cannot return to the facility for one year from their previous end date. Candidates may remain on assignment for up to 18 months, with a 6-month break required before returning, unless approved.
