Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,095 per week in Salem, MA

Job Title: RN Telemetry I Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of acute care hospital experience License: Active RN License Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Must be willing to float between 8 different units. Telemetry monitoring, measuring intervals, and interpreting strips every 4 hours. Experience with cardiac drips and reading telemetry strips. Description: Responsible for cardiac monitoring and administering cardiac drips. Will float throughout the hospital to all Med/Surg Tele areas. Patient care includes ED border patients, medication administration in mental health units, and care for non-vented patients who are transfer ready from ICU. Clinician to patient ratio is up to 6:1 at night. Units range from 8 to 41 beds. Rotation includes potential shifts between days, evenings, and nights. Charting will be done using EPIC.
