Travel RN – Key Requirements

• Active RN license in the applicable state
• ❤️ BLS certification required
• ADN or ASN required (BSN preferred)
• ✅ New graduates accepted (no prior RN experience required)
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hospital systems
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, and provide patient/family education
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation

Preferred

• Previous nursing experience
• BSN degree
