The position may float between units based on skill sets. Floating to other units may be required to meet department needs. Weekends will be required every other weekend. Expected patient ratios are 1:4. This is a short-term acute care facility with a range of 418 staffed beds. Charting will be done using a specified electronic health record system. All staff are allowed to wear any color scrubs; specific attire is provided for certain roles. No fee for parking is applied. Daily census and visit details are not specified. Staffing includes interdisciplinary support from various teams. Patient demographic includes adults and geriatrics. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment. Communication devices will be supplied if required for the assignment.
