Job Details
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Illinois state license, BLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), ACLS (American Heart Association), drivers license, work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), license verification, copy of required certifications, supervisory reference at time of submission, at least 1 travel contract completed preferred, recent Epic experience required
Additional Information: Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility. The assignment involves working 1-2 of the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day. Orientation scheduled for 08/24 and 09/08. Submission of candidate profiles should include a new graduate accepted, and must have experience in Epic electronic medical record. No employment with the referenced organization in the last 12 months is required.
